As we close out 2025, I’m proud of what we’ve built together—through teamwork, empowerment, and staying consistent even when it wasn’t easy. Every challenge strengthened us, and every win reminded us why we do what we do.

Today is a meaningful day worth sharing on my social media. I'm now a Certified Wills Practitioner, a certification I obtained in June 2024. I took up extra certifications to provide more value-added services to my customers in HSBC Life. I'm still a Senior Wealth Manager in HSBC Life, a role I've held for over 8 years. I guide my customers through preparing their wills information, such as executors, beneficiaries, and assets, and ensure the original wills are safekeeping well. Seeing my customers sign off on their wills is an emotional experience that gives me a sense of satisfaction beyond my wealth management role. Trust is a greater compliment than love, and my customers have trusted me with their duplicated wills for safekeeping.

When a company made profit and performances to be over expected, buyback shares is usually good news to stakeholders and investors. Means company is paying the investors. Proud to be in HSBC Life. Our revenue had grown up high.

Europe’s largest lender HSBC on Tuesday announced it will repurchase up to $3 billion in shares as it issued a third-quarter earnings report that beat analyst estimates, boosted by strong revenue growth as well as its wealth and personal banking divisions.

➡️ HSBC’s pre-tax profit represented a 10% rise from the $7.71 billion posted a year ago. Profit after tax came in at $6.7 billion, $500 million higher than the third quarter of 2023.

➡️ Quarterly revenue grew 5% to $17 billion, compared to the $16.2 billion that was reported a year ago.

Recycle time now! Do you know you can do a good cause to recycle the material for another purpose? I can help to collect from you. Text me if you want to contribute.

Medication blister packs are made from aluminium and plastic heat-melded together. They are challenging to recycle because the component parts have to be separated chemically. A local study is under way to build a prototype machine to recycle these blisters and we need your help. Drop your empty blisters in our collection bins and go green with us!
