This was the focus of the discussion at our second-ever HR Connect Forum, where we had Dr Yeoh Kai Tze of Cigna Healthcare Singapore & Australia and Sharon Walker of Korn Ferry, along with Jamus Heng of Cigna Healthcare Singapore sharing their thoughts on the topic.
