Quick heads-up, everyone 👋

There’s a fake WhatsApp message going around saying Great Eastern has removed e-filing benefits for some hospitals (like Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles, etc.) — that’s not true.

✅ e-filing is an MOH national system used for hospital and specialist claims.
✅ It’s mandatory for all insurers — so it can’t be “removed” or “suspended”.
✅ All your Integrated Shield Plan benefits remain unchanged.
Great Eastern is already investigating the source of this false message. Please check only official sources before forwarding such info.
