More often than not, most of these funds donated by the public such as ourselves,
DO NOT reach those that are really in need of financial aid. If it were the case, we would not be seeing so many country side villages and temples in such a poor state. More over, where certain donation drives are concerned, how often does the public know,
how much of the donations are actually reaching the hands o
f these needy people? Like most people out there, we are working adults from different walks of life. We donated to temples, schools for the poor and orphanage. And were greatly disappointed when much of the donation funds went somewhere else. Therefore, with certain ethics and morals in mind, together with the want, to give to the needy, Merits Hut was started. Merits Hut was started for such temple fund raising. We are actively searching for such needy temples around Thailand. Temple and villages that really need our help. Funds will be raised for building temples & for the poor villages around the temples,
and for providing for these poor folk in various other ways,
in as transparent a way as possible.
