SG Property Investment Opportunities

I had invited you to our Philipines property investment seminar on Fri 25 Oct before, congratulations to those of you who already registered. We still do have some spaces if you want to attend to find out about the very exciting opportunities.

Why? Firstly the quantum is low, secondly the property prices in Manila enjoy quite a good appreciation (of course no guarantee for the future), but thirdly because of the superb payment plans that Robinson's Land Corp (one of the biggest developers in Philippines) offers. Imagine you pay only 20% now and 80% on TOP/completion in 2030. If you resell before that you enjoy the potential profit on a small capital investment, hence maximising your Return on Equity.

But it gets even better than that! You can stretch the 20% down payment (interest free) over 78 months, hence enjoying the same potential profit with even less capital investment and that's when the potential RoE really gets very exciting. Concrete numbers I can share with you at the event if you can make it or else otherwise offline. Just let me know if you are interested.
