05/11/2020

CoAssets Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of CoAssets Group, is pleased to announce that it will be rebranding itself as CA Funding Pte Ltd (“CAFPL”). This is part of an overall business review and is meant to differentiate between the regulated business and the rest of the Group.

This review is part of an overall transformation effort that saw the CoAssets Group bringing on a new board in Apr 2020, delisting from the Australian Securities Exchange in Jun 2020 as well as engaging a new Group CEO in Jul 2020.

Notwithstanding these changes, CAFPL remains as a wholly owned subsidiary of the CoAssets Group. There is also no change to the subsidiary’s management team and Mr Getty Goh, Dr Seh Huan Kiat as well as Ms Lim Hui Ming continue to be the executive directors of CAFPL.

As part of the rebranding, CAFPL will have a new company logo as well as a new company website at www.ca-funding.com.
