Timing is it the most important part for buying into Real Estate? Why did I say that?
Because many people I hear "tell me must time the market, especially with all the uncertainties currently in the trade war".
The question is how to time the market? I have also witness many people who miss the market when they are trying to time it too, just when the market start to run, people will. say I miss it, let's wait for the next cycle.
Is this very common? To me all these are emotion decision and for me I prefer to make logical decision not based on hearsay but based on factual and statistics.
Therefore, I always focus on research and in order to tell me the answer to buy or sell, I based on the numbers that I derived. Anyone who buy into emotion, the RISK is high too.
Therefore during this upcoming seminars, I will let the consumers understand the numbers before they make their own decision. To understand all these before anything.
Timing is everything!
