These are the most driven young people I know. It is not a myth that young people nowadays are incredibly talented. Reality is that once culture is right, and sense of belonging is strong, potential will be unleashed. Everyone here is a Director or Associate Director.

So needless to say, each person celebrating for me tonight is a giant in his/ her own rights. And as the night drew to a close, one of these amazing persons was going to secure a mammoth deal - yes, at this time.

I am grateful for this celebration for me when I am so new to the team. Thank you, Hoo Yuan Shyuan, the adorable-looking (but immensely wise) young boss to all of us, for putting this together for me and also to celebrate Karen's promotion.

Thank you every Director and Associate Director for celebrating for me.

While everyone stays confused, speculates, or small talk, we already get an update on what now going ahead with Trump.

Thank you, Jacqueline Horvejkul Tan, for the very-fast coordination and AIA for acceding immediately. Lots of work for sure to put up a company position, and already done, approved, cleared relevant authorities, and ready to present to us so we level up our knowledge - truly a company that knows what matters most, and provides timely leverage for us to do our job better for our clients.

Very grateful to this lady. As my PA she has gone the extra mile like rushing me to the airport before, arranged all my flight requirements and itinerary such that there were minimum waste of time, and on a daily basis, tried her best to plan my very crazy schedule - all while taking care of her young children.
