Happy National Day!
A snippet of LCS Nassim National Day Activity. Some members were assigned to food delivery task thus many were not in the photos.
3:30am woke up, 4:15am otw, 4:45am reached location.
Me and my club members went down to WillingHearts today, to volunteer at their kitchen. It is an eye opening day for many of us. Personally I have never been to such kitchen, which is run wholly by volunteers.
They cook daily, 10K pax of food for the needy household. I was assigned to fry chicken, fries, and hashbrown, from 5am to close to 8:45am nonstop. And boy it is tiring! and yup I will appreciate my food and privileges more from now on.
No words could described the experience, therfore I would urge and recommend you to do volunteer to this cause, learn and contribute for yourself.
I truly Salute all those volunteers who came Daily or even weekly to help out. Without them, earth won't be a round one, they're truly heroes behind it all!
