Recently, I have been seeing more cases of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD) in the clinic.

If you noticed your child having sudden lack of appetite, drooling or crankiness, look hard for other signs of this disease.

Credit Cards are useful when you are able to plan your monthly expenses properly and spend within your means.

Some credit cards company have card discounts and rebates which you can utilise.

The problem arises when you overspend and are unable to catch up with the monthly payments.

The curve balls wont stop coming.

One thing i learnt through all that’s happening is to
B R E A T H E.

Give yourself a chance to breathe, take a walk, think of nothing but just focus on breathing.
Take a HEALTHY break from whatever is holding you down.

A colleague said something that struck me.
Emotions/feelings are just guests in your heart.
Guard your heart well.
When its late, the guests need to leave.
Don’t let them overstay their welcome.

Relate them back to negative feelings and emotions especially.
Its alright for them to reach you, but do not let them consume you.

That being said, somethings are just better off ……
