I’m sure many of you have come across a case where a new company called SG Collectors were contracted to recover an alleged S$136,000 debt.

Yes one of the members was the loser who was assaulted by a helmet.

I just read that they couldn’t recover the sum and has handed over to the lawyers to handle.

So see, at the end of the day, their jobs are worthless and pointless. You pay them more than a thousand bucks or so before they even start work, and this is the result.

Remember people, a protection order just costs $35 to file. Don’t waste your time engaging these rodents and filming them or whatever. Just ignore them, file for protection. For $136,000, the creditor will go to Court eventually, but hey, you get these rodents off your back, and the sweetest thing is, they don’t get their paycheck because they have failed in their jobs (as with their lives).

See, I was not wrong. It’s just their typical behavior to play the victim when things go wrong.

Same as when a Magistrate’s Complaint was made and police were ordered to investigate, they told the police that “they did not use vulgarities at all and they were talking very politely”.

They even recorded the process with their phone facing the inside of my property, but apparently they did not even dare to show it to the police. So much for “we are licensed and are not afraid to face the police”. 🥱

These people are all just delusional AF.

Remember people, it’s not worth it going against the law because of debt collectors. It only costs $20 to file a magistrate’s complaint and $30 to file a protection order.

Spend another $100 to get an IP camera to record their attitude and behavior when they’re knocking on your door. Trust me, in a short video, they would have probably broken every law that applies to them. Submit it together with your protection order application, it’s sure to be approved and it’s within 1-2 days only.

When you apply for a protection order, the court will call you within the day and tell you that your hearing is tomorrow on zoom (yes it’s that fast). Attend the hearing and the judge will give the order, serve it on them and they will stop coming immediately. Trust me they always say they’re tough but they’re softer than any gay-boys you know of. 💪

It’s really funny how debt collectors keep beating their chest and confidently tell you that they’re not afraid of the police because they’re licensed…but when the police pull them in for questioning, they deny everything they do and behave like angels… 🤔 stupid right? 😂

Another one thinking they’re very smart and expert in the law. They can even dispute claims, but in the end, they were liable for defamation and ended up having to apologize. 😂

The things they do…the level of stupidity and ignorance of these people…just simply astonishing

An example of debt collectors thinking they’re very smart and able to exploit loopholes in the law. Be alert people! These collectors are nothing but crooks!

The owner of a debt collection company who passed himself off as lawyer while pursuing debtors was sentenced to 30 weeks' jail and fined $80,000 at the State Courts on Wednesday (9 January).
