Standing in Bangkok at the 2025 Chinese Insurance Agency 500 Summit & Awards feels like a powerful reminder of how vast—and how deeply meaningful—this journey is. 🌏 From Nov 12–14, around 500 senior executives and team leaders came together to exchange leadership philosophies and management insights.
The summit’s core message really struck a chord: “Solid Foundation Building Is The Key.” It’s not just about short-term wins—it’s about long-term growth rooted in stable fundamentals: strong partner capabilities, resilient team systems, and deep client trust.
As Liang Tien Lung, the founding chairman, powerfully said, “The clearer one’s vision of the future … the more paramount a solid foundation becomes.” That really resonated—because our dream to represent our agency on a global stage is big, but it has to be built on something real and lasting.
We also got introduced to 32 self-assessment indicators to help leaders like us evaluate not just our performance, but how our teams operate.
And the energy? Inspiring. Seeing 2 of our leaders receiving “Dual Crown” status (out of 26 leaders) fills me with pride!
To top it off, the launch of the CIA500 World Academy promises a future of cross-border mentorship and wisdom-sharing.
