In our breakfast panel with BNY and Circle, we explored how APAC is moving from pilot projects to real-world adoption of tokenised cash and institutional payment rails. Together, we represent the full stack of the new settlement layer, from asset custody and tokenization at BNY, to stablecoin issuance at Circle, to FOMO Pay enabling real-world payment flows across merchants, corporates, and cross-border transactions as the last-mile distribution.

We’re pleased to announce our strategic collaboration with BNY to strengthen cross-border USD payment and collection capabilities for corporate clients.

Through this partnership, FOMO Pay will offer U.S.-domiciled USD Virtual Accounts held with BNY, enabling eligible clients to collect and send payments directly within the U.S. domestic banking system, including same-day (T+0) settlement via local clearing rails.

This recognition celebrates not only Louis’s leadership and vision, but also the collective efforts of our team in advancing Singapore’s FinTech ecosystem, particularly in digital payments, digital banking, and digital assets. 🤝FOMO Pay and Bank of China Singapore Branch Forge Strategic Partnership to Advance Cross-Border Financial Ecosystem

The strategic partnership agreement was signed by Hu Wei, Deputy General Manager of Bank of China Singapore Branch, and Anny Liu, Executive Director of FOMO Pay, at the launch ceremony of the Cross-Border E-Commerce Zone during the 8th China International Import Expo ( ).

The collaboration aims to deepen cross-border e-commerce payment and collection services, helping enterprises expand globally with greater efficiency, lower transaction costs, and jointly build an open, interconnected ecosystem for cross-border finance.
