is a lovely little town that's worth going from Seoul, more so from Busan since it's nearer.

It's history goes way back to the Shilla Kingdom during the period where the Romance of the Three Kingdoms came about. The city and castle should be massive but unfortunately mostly are in ruins.

And yes, there's a store there so it's also another reason to visit if you're a bunny fan.

Very nice and chill with very little tourists. And oh, the local red bean snacks are very cute too.

Maybe plan it in on your way to Busan when in 🙂

Mission Accomplished!
Just finished the 18.6km Seoul City Wall Trail, covering four hills and 5 peaks in the Seoul area. Successfully climbed Baegaksan (342m), Inwangsan (339m), Naksan (124m), Mongmyeoksan (Namsan, 270m).
The views were stunning - Seoul looks amazing from different angles.
And to top it off, I got a certificate signed by the Seoul mayor and a badge for each season. Time to start planning for the Autumn badge!

The cutest café ever. We'll at least to me.
The Cafe part was great with surprising good food - most themed café has s**t overpriced food but this was the exception. Coffee was great too. One nitpic was they could have used a marshmallow miffy instead of miffy ice.

Could have stayed for the happy hour but had to run.

The store was cute and the shop staff was friendly and gave recommendations. The decor is cute and gave me new ideas for my new home hahaha.

Happy 3x birthday to me!
As I'm writing this I'm sprinting towards Sevilla on ideas to visit hahaha.

Didn't write a new year post so might as well take the time to now since it's a long ass train ride.

It's been a roller coaster ride, with arrivals and departures of new people. The constants have been there still and so I'm thankful.
As shared with I had a ton of revelations before my birthday, and that I have to learn to set up boundaries that are non negotiable.

I've been told I've changed over the years and rightly so. No longer the one that chooses to bend over backwards but to say no and get people to back off. Will also reciprocate what I've been dealt with while keeping distance with others or acquaintances.

New year new me, and alot of new things are already coming soon - just received notification house application approved! So now left with the other two things. Those who are close will know what but everything is already in play.

Will do a multiple tag on everyone on a later post hehe. P.S. had to tag the location for

Thanks everyone for their well wishes, will aim to be a stronger and better person this year!

Breaking the Flow so that people don't think I'm always in Korea 😂
All the randoms, the labubus, the elmo, the streets, the colors, the food, the preserved meats, the cats.

Gangneung always has a special place in my heart.
The views, the sea, the food, the air just feels different.
Perhaps the perfect place for quiet introverts 🙂

Well except lighting of fireworks, something that's been ingrained since my IGNITED! days. 🎆🎇

Oh and also to report now I've close to perfect vision unaided. Truly life changing even though I may have to live with those faint rings hahaha.

Cost to do it in Korea is like half in Singapore so highly recommended to do your own research. Of course there is some risk since you have the follow up in Singapore after you come back but hey. Worth the money.

So for those with high myopia who can't do Lasik or Smile you may wanna do ICL. Pricier but less burn and (possibly) reversible.

Thanks Dr Yoo from for his great skills and follow up!
