Fact: “Your legs contain the largest muscles in your body — that’s why walking or standing for 30 minutes can boost your metabolism and brain function.”

Move daily, even if it’s just a walk. The body thrives on motion, not perfection.

[💔 A Father’s Peace of Mind — When Protection Truly Matters 💪]

Our client’s daughter was recently diagnosed with leukemia, which required 54 days of hospitalization at Kandang Kerbau Hospital (B2 ward) for intensive treatment and recovery.

The total bill came up to over $99,000 — but thanks to comprehensive hospital coverage, including MediShield Life, AIA HealthShield, AIA VitalHealth and Medisave almost the entire bill was covered.

In the end, our client only needed to pay $143.21 out of pocket.
That’s the power of being properly insured — when life throws unexpected challenges, financial worry doesn’t have to add to the pain.

We continue to pray for the full and smooth recovery of our client’s daughter, and for the family to stay strong together through this difficult journey. ❤️

[More Than SGD 1 Billion payout in claims from Jan 2025 till Aug 2025]

✨ Today at the AIA Final Sprints event in Star Vista, I felt truly proud and inspired. Our CEO, Ms. Wong Sze Keed, shared a powerful update — AIA has approved more than SGD $1 BILLION in claims this year (over 500,000 claims approved as of August 2025)! 💪

This is not just a number. It’s hundreds of thousands of families given peace of mind, lives supported during critical moments, and promises kept when it mattered most.

What moved me even more was hearing Bryan’s journey. Bryan, a personal trainer from Fitness First with a very healthy lifestyle, shared how his cancer battle started from something as simple as a knee pain. At first, it was so hard to accept and incredibly sad… but his story of resilience and faith inspired everyone in the room. Today, Bryan has overcome cancer — a true reminder that illness can come unexpectedly, but with the right protection and support, recovery and hope are possible. 🌟

✅ More than $1B paid out.
✅ Over 500K lives supported.
✅ One clear message: you’re never alone when life takes an unexpected turn.

As an advisor, this is why I do what I do — to ensure my clients and their loved ones have protection, assurance, and the confidence to face life’s challenges.

[💡 Who Inherits First When Loved Ones Die Together?]

Have you ever wondered what happens if two family members pass away in the same accident, and no one knows who died first?

Under Singapore law, the answer lies in the Survivorship Clause (Section 30, Civil Law Act).
👉 It states that if the order of death is uncertain, the younger is deemed to have survived the elder.

Example:
• Husband (50) and wife (45) die in the same crash.
• The law presumes the wife (younger) survived the husband.
• His assets are transferred to her estate first → then distributed to her heirs.

Why This Matters:
✔️ Determines how property is inherited
✔️ Impacts insurance payouts & estate distribution
✔️ Prevents endless disputes in court

Estate Planning Tip:
When drafting a will, you can add your own custom survivorship clause (e.g. requiring a beneficiary to outlive you by 30 days). This avoids multiple transfers, reduces legal costs, and protects your family from unnecessary conflict.

✅ The survivorship clause is a small detail — but it can make a big difference in protecting your loved ones.

👉 Don’t leave it to legal presumptions. Review your will or talk to an estate planner to make sure your wishes are carried out.

Axis Hockey Stick – First Impressions

Yesterday was my first training session with the Axis stick, and honestly, I’m impressed. The stiffness is definitely to my liking, giving me solid feedback on every touch. It’s lighter than what I used before, which makes it easier on my hands and improves my speed on the ball.

Even though it’s a low bow, I had no issues with the basics like hitting and shooting. In fact, it felt like the stick was assisting me when I tried some aerial passes — smooth and controlled. Ball control overall has a really good feel, which makes it a great fit for my game.

Ribbon Sleeves Grip – Early Feel

The grip is smooth but not slippery, even when it gets wet — and that’s amazing. If you’re someone who prefers a thick, cushioned feel, this may not be for you. For me, coming from a chamois grip, the transition has been almost seamless. It will probably just takes a few sessions to get fully used to the feel, but I can already tell it’ll work well for my playing style.

[🚨 New addition to my hockey journey 🚨]

Look what just came in 👀 — my first ever stick from Axis Hockey (Hong Kong). Super stoked to have this beauty in my hands as I step back into the game more seriously again.

For me, this isn’t just about a new stick — it’s about starting a fresh chapter. Every player knows that the right stick changes the way you play, the confidence you carry, and the impact you bring on the pitch. This Axis stick is going to be a big part of that for me.

And for those who know the struggle of sweaty palms during an intense game… I’ve also got the Ribbon sleeve grip — game-changer for keeping control in high-pressure moments 💪

I’ll be sharing more official posts and updates from next Friday onwards 🔥 — but for now, just know this: the journey is about to get faster, stronger, and a whole lot more exciting.

Stay tuned, and let’s see what this stick can do 🏑

Ps: Owner of the brand said he used to score a lot of goals against Singapore. Guess who is he.

[🚨 3 Signs Your Family May Be Under-Insured]

1. Income gap if something happens
– If your family would struggle to maintain the same lifestyle (mortgage, school fees, daily expenses) within 6–12 months if you’re gone, coverage isn’t enough.

2. Relying only on company benefits
– Employer insurance ends when you leave the job. Many families assume this is enough, but it disappears once you change jobs or retire.

3. Medical or critical illness costs not covered
– A major illness can wipe out savings fast. If you don’t have coverage that pays a lump sum for treatment + recovery time, you’re exposed.

📚✨ This morning, I found myself standing in a queue that stretched longer than I expected. Not for food, not for a concert, but for… books.

The National Library is giving away up to 10 free books per person today, and the atmosphere was buzzing — people of all ages holding bags, kids pointing at covers, and aunties whispering, “Which ones should I grab first?”

It wasn’t just about free books. It felt like a community moment — strangers smiling at each other, readers swapping recommendations, parents excited for their kids to discover stories beyond screens.

And here’s the catch: ⏰ The giveaway ends at 4PM today. If you’re nearby, this is your chance to walk away with a bag full of new reads. Don’t miss it.

Because sometimes, the best stories are the ones you didn’t pay for, but stumbled upon in a queue.

Ps: 10 mins window given every 200 people. Shd be fast enough. National Library giving away 60000 pre-loved books for free. Only for Singapore Residents. Scan using SingPass upon entry.
