HPS is a mortgage-reducing insurance by CPF Board that protects you and your family by paying off the outstanding loan in the event of death, terminal illness, or total permanent disability. CPF will only allow the use of your Ordinary Account (OA) funds for monthly instalments once HPS coverage is confirmed or exemption is approved.
