Like how we should have a gym bro, we need a makan buddy too.

And if you are going through a season for weight loss... find a makan buddy who can eat for you and tell you to stop eating.

PS: I didn't eat the tater tots. She was not a good makan buddy cos she wanted me to have JUST 1 PIECE. 🤣

Having this crazy idea of starting a blog or shorts on Weight loss for Asians.

Cos our Asian cuisine is so amazing, it's hard to be on a diet surrounded by chicken rice and hor fun.

But I did it anyway. Lost 10kg in 2 months, just dieting. Cos my knees were too painful for me to do any workouts.

And yes. These 2 are my gym bros now. Actually one of them is my PT. 🤣🤣🤣

This is the 4th painting I did in my adulthood. Maybe I'll have more, maybe not.

I personally think this looks pretty decent. But I attribute it to having a very good teacher to guide me along.

IMO: we all need a good teacher.
