As her mentor the past year (and friend for half a decade), I have watched her show up not just as a financial consultant, but as a true partner for her clients.

Thankful for this one that stuck with me through my ups and downs: The eldest bb to my two biological kids. In the past 5 years, I got pregnant with my first, struggled with my identity and then got my second kid and got so overwhelmed with all the hats I chose to juggle at once. And yet she flourished with that strong mind and with the help of our giving teammates from .sg.

I'm not the best mentor, but I am so thankful to have been blessed with such a great mentee and friend.

The creativity she has, and that ability to communicate with ease with everyone she meets, is what impresses me the most. The 100 clients that she has: you know how blessed you are to have her as your consultant! Say less about the effort she puts into mentoring , who is also another kind hearted soul that brings a spark to our industry. And I cannot wait for more clients and mentees to experience the love and experience Pris has to share.

Now that all the hustle and bustle have settled, may we finally have time to really reconnect regularly, and grow our team together!

To a good 2025 ahead 💐 looking forward to you achieving that goal of meeting 100 new people to share your advice and good energies to!

A promotion in June to Organisation-Leader got me thinking:

What is leadership?
What kind of leader am I?
Why do I aspire to be a certain kind of leader?

While my style of leadership may change over the years, I choose now to be the leader who is present, a "safe space" and one who encourage growth and creativity.

It energises and humbles me to be one of those that my members feel safe to share their worries with. I want my members to know they have support and they can be "so much more"...

Spent a small part of birthday with this special family 🥰🥰 (Cheers to the arrival of baby K)

Watched them go from pending for BTO to getting married to having their own bundle of joy, Baby K. So thankful for for connecting us together. Hope we will be in each other's lives for many decades to go (and our same age bbs can grow up together)~

"Wa.. I've come a long way."

M was my youngest client at 19 when we first met thanks to 💕 (I can't imagine what I was doing back at 19 years old, but I certainly was not as clear minded or forward thinking.)

During our recent review, M and I went through all that happened through the 4 years: All her ups and downs, changes in roles and achieving various milestones together. I am so happy for her that she learnt to give herself a pat on the back for all the adversities she overcame 💯🙌

Just want to affirm you that you are doing so well. Continue to go where you heart leads you. Thank you for letting me be part of your life journey, cheers to more years to come! 🥂💕
