I’ve been feeling mentally drained for the last week or so. Having lots of self doubting moments, and it was really terrible. All the motivational podcasts that usually helped, did the opposite.

So I went to search for articles, and came across an article about gratitude. And here’s what I got out of it.

“A simple attitude change can make a surprising difference to our mental health and wellbeing, while also inclining us toward greater generosity. What is it? GRATITUDE!”

Gratitude is the heart of generosity.
Look around you and find something in your life to be grateful for.

If you’re thankful for being financially stable in this period, donate to someone who needs it

If you’re thankful for being mentally healthy and strong, reach out to someone who might be struggling with their thoughts.

Look around and someone might benefit from this gratitude ❤️

When your gratitude is translated into generosity, that’s when you give someone else something to be grateful for 🥰 Pass on the love because the world really needs more of it
