Volt Resources (ASX:VRC) - Volt Joins European Raw Materials Alliance

• Volt has joined the European Raw Materials Alliance (E RMA) following the acquisition of a controlling 70% interest in the Ukraine based Zavalievsky Graphite business
• The ERMA was formed by the EU in 2020 and is focussed on the development and strengthening of European raw materials value chains
• Membership of the ERMA provides access to project investment, technical and regulatory advice and support
• Volt is already a member of the European Battery Alliance (EBA). The ERMA and EBA provide support for Volt’s strategy to become an integrated graphite mine and battery anode material producer in Europe
• Recent MoU signed by the EU and Ukraine government to launch a strategic partnership to strengthen and secure the supply of critical raw materials and the battery value chain

European Lithium (ASX:EUR) - announced that they have received commitments to raise A$6.5million through a placement to sophisticated investors at $0.0625 per share (Placement Shares). Investors will also be issued one listed option (ASX: EUROA) (exercise price $0.075, expiring 19 April 2024) for every 2 shares issued (Placement Options).
Funds raised will be used to fund the DFS at the Companys Wolfsberg Lithium Project, for general exploration purposes and working capital.
Placement Shares and Placement Options will be issued without shareholder approval relying on the Company’s capacity under Listing Rule 7.1and 7.1A.

Brookside Energy (ASX:BRK) - Capital Raising to Fast Track Rangers Development

• A$9.0 million raised (before costs of the offer) by CPS Capital in a heavily oversubscribed placement to sophisticated or professional investors that saw very strong support from a mix of new and existing shareholders locally and overseas, including several new high net worth investors looking for exposure to the oil and gas sector
• Capital from this very successful placement will be used to increase the Company’s position in the Rangers Drilling Spacing Unit (DSU) and to fund a majority Working Interest in the development of the Rangers Well in the SWISH AOI. The Rangers Well is the second well in a potential 5-year, 20-plus well development drilling program across the three operated DSU’s the Company controls in the SWISH AOI
• The Company will now move quickly to bring forward the timetable for the development of the Rangers Well, securing key services (including Latshaw Drilling), completing leasing and regulatory requirements and construction of a drill pad on the Rangers DSU
