Investing in yourself is one of the best return on investments you can have. Whether it’s investing in learning a new skill, developing yourself personally or professionally, tapping into your creativity or hiring a coach, you need to give to yourself first before you can give to others. It is our responsibility to take the time to develop our gifts and talents, so we can best serve others. Investing in yourself is an example of self-love, you must love yourself before you can expect others to love you.
✔️Set goals. Learn how to set personal and business goals for yourself. If you’re not taking the time to set goals it’s like driving in the dark with the headlights turned off.
✔️TRUST your intuition. You can show yourself love by trusting your gut and trusting the message that it’s sending. Listening to your intuition, will allow you to make better decisions.
✔️Invest time in your creativity. Our creativity doesn’t have to diminish as we get older. In fact, it is believed that the peak of creativity in most people is around 30-40 years old. So… Be creative!
✔️Invest in building your confidence. People who know their value, have something to say and others will listen. You can invest in yourself by developing an understanding of the value that you possess and offer others.
✔️Read educational books. Books or audio books are an awesome resource to build your knowledge and expertise in any area.
Knowledge is power.
✔️Take care of your health. Eat right each day, fueling your body with nutrients. When you focus on eating organic and healthier choices, you will feel better and have more energy. I know that the unhealthy burger or cupcake gives us instant gratification, but if you’re like me, you regret it later, because you feel lousy afterwards. And of course! Exercise daily. 😉

2018 is around the corner and I’m sure many of you haven’t scratch off a single thing of your 2017 list. And yes, it pi**es me off because many people are looking for “Change” but aren’t doing sh*t to make it happen.

Do you have a plan for your life?
Stop focusing on a “new year’s resolution” and start focusing on a life resolution, a life PLAN.
If you’re like most people, you feel like you can’t get time enough to get ahead of the game. You spend most days just trying to react quick enough to keep your job, your family, and your marriage afloat.
The good news is that there is time for change 😉
In order to move forward and progress in life, we must have vision, but we also need a way to implement that vision so it can come to pass. That means we need to create a plan.
Whether you’re managing a business or a family, you can’t move forward or reach goals unless you have a plan. A plan brings organization, stability, clarity, and focus. A plan will keep everyone moving in the same direction so that goals can be reached, and the vision can be fulfilled. If you don’t have a plan, you’ll be stuck in maintenance mode, running in circles, and you’ll never increase.

Why wait for the opportunity? Create opportunities by yourself!
People often wait for opportunities, but is it worth waiting for opportunities? Mine answer: No, F*CK NO, it isn’t.
Opportunities are missed by most people because they don’t realize they’ve encountered such. Here is one of those basic laws in life: There will always be opportunities for those who recognize and pursue them. “Lucky” people are simply those who have taken more chances than average.

✔️Know your limits.
✔️Open your eyes.
✔️Meet new people.
✔️Don’t be afraid to ask.
✔️Don’t be afraid to try a different approach.
✔️Travel.
✔️Build self confidence.
✔️Keep learning.

In the end it all comes to doing. You will never get presented with opportunities by sitting and watching TV all day. Go out, feel, see, be and take part of live. If you are active and always on the lookout you will always end up on the right place in the right moment.

Let’s face it. Jobs suck.
The average person lives 80 years*, Start to work from their early 20’s until retirement (around 65) all tired and f*cked up because those years of hard work at a “job” hit you hard.
Listen, if you like your job, that’s cool. I know there are some people out there who are fulfilled by their jobs. (although I suspect you might not be totally satisfied if you’re still reading this)😉 Most people that send me DM’s and emails daily pretty much hate their jobs. They complain about the work, the people, the commute, the pay, the hours, the lack of vacation time and control over their lives.
So here are a few reasons why you should never take a job again:
✔️Working a job gives someone else control over the majority of your life.
✔️Working a job is dangerously comfortable.
Sure, you feel like your soul is being crushed every day at work, but at least you get a paycheck, right?
✔️Working for yourself is one of the most challenging and rewarding things you will ever do.
