Grocery delivery company Cornershop by Uber headquartered in LatinAmerica, was acquired 100% by Uber in an all-stock transaction valuing < $3B.

This acquisition is a true testament to how amazing the team has executed this business so far and created the world's most efficient on-demand delivery service.

Uber Technologies Inc. has agreed to buy the remaining 47% stake in Chile’s online grocer Cornershop it doesn’t already own for about $1.4 billion in shares.
