Att kunna använda sig av grupprum är avgörande för att skapa engagemang i virtuella utbildningar. Grunden för engagemang är att deltagarna är aktivt involverade i utbildningen. Breakout rooms och mindre grupper är ett av de viktigaste verktygen för att öka involveringen av deltagarna. Breakout rooms möjliggör samtidigt för oss att genomföra majoriteten av de övningar vi använder oss av i ett fysiskt klassrum 📋

Microsoft Teams har inte denna funktionalitet inbyggd än och i detta webinar kommer vi visa hur du kan använda dig av kanaler i ett Team för att simulera upplevelsen med Breakout rooms som Zoom erbjuder 💻

Blog post 📒 How Hilti is redefining the role of L&D in the connected world.

When Hilti surveyed their employees, they were shocked to hear that they were not interested in learning from L&D. In less than two years Hilti’s L&D department has made a 180-degree turn and moved from being a traditional L&D organisation to becoming a front runner in the space, where more than 80% of learning content is produced by the organisation and delivered just in time when needed.
