A new chapter is taking shape at Aqua-Nova!

Our new manufacturing site is now approximately 33% completed.

After 33 years on the global market, Aqua-Nova is taking an important step forward — moving from leased premises to our own dedicated production facility.

This investment strengthens our future by giving us:

• Greater manufacturing independence
• Increased long-term capacity
• Stronger support for customers, suppliers and partners
• A dedicated site built around Aqua-Nova’s proven technology

At the core of what we do is our unique distillation technology, including cyclone separation, tensionless heat exchanger design and very low steam velocities.

We have documented the progress with drone footage and project images — and we look forward to sharing more as the building continues to take shape.

Commissioning completed in Colombia ✅🇨🇴
Aqua-Nova has delivered a Clean Steam degasser to minimize non-condensable gases (NCG). The unit is now connected and in operation, including IQ/OQ, completed in less than 2 days, and handed over to an existing customer outside Medellín.

We also support EN 285 steam quality testing, both as a service and with the right equipment, including verification of NCG, dryness fraction, and superheat.

Today Aqua-Nova attended a seminar organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Sweden, focusing on the new Machinery Regulation (MR) – a major update that will impact all manufacturers, importers, and system integrators across Europe.

The rules for CE marking are changing significantly, and it’s clear that now is the time to act.
A great presentation by David Hanbo, who managed to explain both the legal and practical implications in a very clear way.

For us at Aqua-Nova AB, this is highly relevant. We already work with qualification documentation (DQ/IQ/OQ/SOP) within the pharmaceutical industry, and the new regulation means both new opportunities and greater responsibility.

💡 Key takeaway: CE marking won’t get easier – but it will get clearer, if you start early.
