Tove Rådelius (ACA) is an Investment Manager at Norrsken Foundation, investing in early-stage scalable tech companies that have a positive social or environmental impact. Prior to joining Norrsken, Tove worked in London at buy-and-build investment firm Marwyn Capital and PwC’s Deals Advisory practice specialising in Tech, Media and Telecom companies. Tove is ACA qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales

Per Wassén has been a board member and chairman of numerous ventures, and benefits from extensive experience in fields such as commerce, finance and industrial development. Leaving his position as investment director at Volvo, Per is since 2015 the President and CEO of PowerCell Sweden AB, where he has led the commercialization of their fuel cell stack which is anticipated to play a big role in the electricity transformation.

Previously he co-founded Adclouds, a provider of tools to help find the best performing ad as fast as possible and Trader, a e-commerce company focusing on underserved markets. He has also been CEO at SUP46, Start- Up People of Sweden, and worked in corporate finance and M&A at Arla Foods. Samir has a Master of Law from the University of Gothenburg. He was awarded Sweden Top Talent and Swedish Business Law Student of the Year.
