We are currently helping Chalmers Industriteknik together with Folksam and Chalmers University of Technology to gain insight on how pregnant women wear seat belts in cars. Our CEO Anton shares Boid:s startup story and thoughts on how Boid was created during the financial crisis and how crises and hard times forces us to think new and take initiatives that can lead to great things - such as the birth of Boid.

What are those awesome prototypes? you might wonder.

It’s actually a part of the Most-project together with Chalmers University of Technology and Five Star Campus. Scientists have come up with a heat-generating glas which will be tested in a model aka. mini-house, created by us. The model will also help raise awareness and communicate the research using smart solutions such as screens.

Difficult times creates a spark within us to come together, take initiatives and help others. The makerspace in our office building, A Working Lab hosted by Akademiska hus, has turned into a production space where aprons for health workers are created by volunteers. Last Friday our colleague Anna got to bike along the delivery heroes Pling transport, picking up food waste and delivering it to Liseberg for it to be transformed into something delicious. The test bike ride was a part of the project Resvinn, in which we are fighting food wastage together with Chalmers Industriteknik and 42 other partners.
