đ Last week, we celebrated AICBâs first production release. But what we have built is much bigger than an MVP.
Aicb_sweden is a fintech startup. But over the past months, we have also transformed the way we operate. We are building not only an AI-powered product, but an AI-native operation, with the development discipline and production capability of a professional software company. Alongside building the product, we have built the production capability behind it.
The product is now in controlled use with a selected group while we collect feedback and continue improving it before wider access.
For us, the milestone is not simply that an MVP exists. It is that AICB now can build, test, release, and improve continuously, release after release, with a foundation built to scale.
With a very lean team and without external investment, we now have:
đ A software factory that gives us a structured development, testing, and monthly release process, with human-governed AI at critical decision gates. Expert review, judgment, and audit remain part of how agents interact and how consequential decisions are made.
đ A privacy-first, admin-blind data handling designed so customersâ sensitive budgeting information is protected from any internal access.
âïž A scalable technical architecture and a defined development cycle, so we can keep improving the product release after release.
đ Thousands of pages of structured product, technical, model, and governance documentation, so the knowledge behind AICB does not live only in the heads of the founders.
