Every journey has a story, and this Customer Experience Month, we've been privileged to be part of many meaningful ones.

This week, we celebrated our customers through appreciation visits, listened to their experiences, and thanked them for the trust they place in us every day. We also extended that appreciation to our wider community by recognising teachers, cancer survivors, senior citizens, and others whose resilience, dedication and contributions continue to inspire us.

As part of these engagements, we delivered financial literacy sessions for members of the Seychelles Business Studies Academy and with a group of seniors from Les Mamelles, helping to empower them with practical knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions and achieve their ambitions.

At Absa, customer experience is about more than a moment. It's about building lasting relationships, creating meaningful connections, and creating opportunities for people and communities to thrive.
