We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated Country Manager to join our Solomon Islands team in a fast -paced and supportive environment. The Country Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the overall success and growth of our operations in the region. This strategic leadership position is focused on ensuring operational excellence, fostering revenue and profit growth, and maintaining compliance with insurance law and regulations.

To achieve these goals, you will need to challenge the status quo and redefine traditional approaches. You will also need to foster stakeholder relationships, ensure risk assessment, and product development.

This is a management position in the organization that reports directly to Group COO. You will work closely with all areas with the Capital Insurance Group to deliver outstanding outcomes and long-term performance.

On this special day, the entire team from all four of our markets would like to take a moment to wish our colleagues, partners, and the wonderful people of the Solomon Islands a very Happy 47th Independence Anniversary!

This is more than just a date on the calendar — it’s a milestone achievement and a perfect time to reflect on the incredible journey the Solomon Islands has taken since gaining independence in 1978. The strength, unity, and resilience of its people continue to inspire us every day.
