1. Does Tunzi work with Airtel Money?
Not yet! Airtel integration is in progress. We’ll let you know once it’s available.

2. Is Tunzi legit?
Yes! Tunzi is authorized by the CMA, customer funds are held in a custody bank, and investments are managed by BK Capital. We also use bank-grade security.

3. Can I change my phone number?
Yes! Share a clear photo of your ID, a selfie, your old number, and your new number with our support team.

4. Does Tunzi operate only in Rwanda?
No! We also serve Kenya through Chumz, with plans to expand into other African markets.

5. When can I withdraw my money?
You can withdraw anytime, subject to the terms of your chosen savings plan.

6. How long does it take to earn interest?
Interest is calculated daily based on your savings balance and annual interest rate.
