1. Quantitative Trader.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of the trading systems;
- Optimization of existing trading strategies and development of new ones;
- Reporting on market conditions;
- Setting tasks for programmers.
Required skills:
- Higher education in mathematics or physics;
- Programming basics;
- Analytical mind, perseverance, quick mental calculations, willingness to work with large amounts of information;
- English - Intermediate and higher;
- Scientific publications is a plus.
2. Front-End Developer.
Responsibilities:
- Building applications across multiple browsers;
- Brainstorming new solutions to unforeseen problems and improve UI.
Required skills:
- Self-reliance is fundamentally;
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks and technologies (Javascript (vanilla), React.js);
- Familiarity with CSS post/preprocessors;
- Experience with build systems (Gulp, Grunt, Webpack);
- Understanding the principles of the REST API, WebSocket as well as OOP and design patterns;
- Git version control system;
- Technical English.
Additional preferred qualifications:
• Managing data flow using libraries like Redux/MobX;
• Professional or project portfolio pieces you're proud of and can tell us about.
3. C++ Software Developer.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to, the following):
- Optimizing the company’s unique trading framework. Dare to squeeze a 10-microsecond task into 1 microsecond;
- Developing and optimizing connectors to new or existing electronic markets. FIX, FAST, ITCH, SBE, etc. low latency trading protocols. Slower HTTP REST and WebSocket connectors are also present;
- Optimizing backtest infrastructure;
- Time series database evolution.
Required skills:
- Fluent in C++ (C++17) and algorithms;
- Self-motivated, smart and creative, prefer to be on the cutting edge of technology;
- Able to write robust code that works 24/7.
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Working experience with multithreading/concurrency/lock-free, networks, writing ultra-low latency applications and using vector instructions for performance;
- Active contribution to open source;
- Good knowledge of Linux.
