Romprodus Societatea s-a înfiinţat în 1994 cu capital privat integral românesc. Primii 2 “angajaţi”: asociaţii înşişi.

Primii paşi timizi, în condiţiile economice dificile ale vremii, s-au făcut în domeniul produselor ştanţate, cu 2 prese achiziţionate prin credit bancar, cu SDV-urile clientului, într-un spaţiu închiriat.
