Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Accounting or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following: operations support, claims processing, accounts receivable, insurance claims, debtor accounts, reviewing payment files, payment posting or a similar administrative/ financial role;

Comfortable working with multiple internal systems and client portals;

Precise data entry abilities;

Responsibilities:

Monitor tickets and escalations in systems to ensure timely responses to clients and collectors; manage all inbound communications, including escalations to clients for documentation, payment verification and other requests ;
Escalate requests to clients for documentation or confirmation of action to ensure all necessary information is obtained for thorough debtor account review and prompt collector response;
Assist the collections team by providing relevant client-supplied information and maintaining accurate system records within the specified timeframe;
Retrieve payments, review payment details and accurately apply individual payments to the appropriate accounts. Review account and payment history to prevent duplicate postings or misapplications;
Process manual claims and files received from clients to ensure accurate entry and inclusion of all required documentation, enabling prompt resolution.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 16:00-00:50

New year, new job within our IT department!
We are looking for a Programmer, someone who will join our amazing colleagues in the ETL team.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data processing workflows;
Write clean, efficient and testable Python code to support data ingestion, transformation and integration;
Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts and other stakeholders to define data requirements and optimize pipeline performance;
Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to ensure pipeline reliability;
Optimize and refactor legacy ETL processes for scalability and improved performance;
Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers;
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in Python development;
Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling and data integration patterns;
Proficiency with MySQL and experience working with relational and/ or NoSQL databases;
Experience building and maintaining REST APIs or microservices;
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD and version control (Git).

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of JavaScript, ideally for internal tools or API integrations;
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or Azure);
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
