The bakery is the result of the co-operation with a very old and yet dynamic German bakery from Bavaria (Gottschaller Bio Hofbaeckerei) that has offered the transfer of know-how, has trained the employed personnel and offered the traditional recipes. All featured products are 100% organic certified. While using mostly on non-national organic ingredients, Bio Bavaria is also using some organic ingr
edients of Romanian origin and means to increase their percent to the general volume of used ingredients. The current offer features 16 products in different composures, shapes and sizes. An diversification of the offer is planned for March 2012. Products are currently only being sold at a kiosk (one of the several kiosks installed by the Lord Mayor on the Eroilor Boulevard), leased by the company on the walking boulevard in-between the two main squares at the heart of the biggest city in Transylvania. Sale through third parties (stores, shops) is scheduled to start in February 2012. Also the company is planning to open several more sale-points of its own. The backery employs 3 backers (one man and two women), 2 sale-personel (both females) and a general manager - Mr. The brand is owned by Eco Market Trading Ltd. (company) and linked to the Eco Market group.
