Premier Group’ta Değerli Bir Buluşma

Bugün ofisimizde;
Antaris Corporate Advisory’den Sayın Özkan Yavaşal,
GAB Mimarlık’tan Sayın Barış Başat ve Sayın Emre Gürsoy,
gayrimenkul projeleri danışmanı Sayın Çınar Tuncer
ve Windoor Sel Genel Müdürü Sayın Tolga Dizmen’i ağırladık.

Gerçekleştirdiğimiz toplantıda;
gayrimenkul geliştirme, mimari projelendirme ve finansal yapılandırma başlıklarında kapsamlı değerlendirmeler yaptık.

Özellikle Romanya ve Avrupa pazarında hayata geçirilebilecek projeler üzerine fikir alışverişinde bulunarak, iş birliği fırsatlarını ele aldık.

uluslararası vizyonla, doğru iş ortaklarıyla değer üreten ve sürdürülebilir projeler geliştirmeye devam ediyoruz.

Romanya’nın İzmir’deki yeni Başkonsolosluk binasında hizmet vermeye başlaması, Türkiye–Romanya ilişkileri açısından önemli bir dönüm noktasıdır.

Grubumuzun CEO’su Ercan Çölmekçi liderliğinde gerçekleştirilen ziyaret kapsamında, Sayın Lilian Zamfiroiu ve Sayın Nicolae Dan Dima ile bir araya gelinmiştir.

Bu yeni diplomatik merkezin; iki ülke arasındaki ticari, ekonomik ve kültürel iş birliklerini daha ileriye taşıyacağına inanıyoruz.

Premier Group olarak, Türkiye ile Romanya arasında sürdürülebilir iş birlikleri geliştirmeye ve yatırım köprüleri kurmaya kararlılıkla devam ediyoruz.

We had the pleasure of hosting Uğur Yüksel, Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Aydem Energy Group, together with his esteemed colleagues, at our Romania office for a comprehensive and strategic working meeting.

The meeting was attended by our Chairman, Mr. Ercan Çölmekçi, our partners from Premier Rise — Hüseyin Akdağ and Ersin Akdağ — Mr. Tayfur Aydın from Premier Vision, as well as Özgür Yılmazer, Co-Founder of RSA Energy, who joined the discussions as our solution partner.

The agenda focused on energy investments, international cooperation models, technical solution frameworks, and mid- to long-term growth strategies for the regional energy market.

As part of the program, we also conducted an official visit to ANRE (Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority).
During the visit, together with ANRE Vice President — and a long-standing friend of our Chairman — Mr. Mircea Man, we held a highly productive and technical working meeting with the departments responsible for licensing, investments, and economic activities. Key topics included Romania’s regulatory framework, permitting procedures, and the overall investment environment in the energy sector.

Strengthening Cooperation with the U.S. as Premier Group

Today, as Premier Group, we were pleased to host a distinguished delegation from the United States.

As Ercan Çölmekçi, Chairman of the Board of Premier Group, I met with Florin Pricop, President of the Chicago-based Chamber for Romanian American Trade & Industry, and we signed a cooperation agreement aimed at further strengthening commercial and economic ties across the Romania–U.S.–Balkans corridor.

Tayfur Aydın, CEO of Premier Vision, our group company providing consultancy services, also accompanied us during this process.

We view this agreement not merely as a protocol, but as a sustainable, long-term cooperation model with real on-the-ground impact. With this agreement, Premier Group and Premier Vision now have a strong partner in the United States, actively providing consulting, business development, and market-entry services.

Through this structure, we aim to manage processes more efficiently, transparently, and effectively for entrepreneurs and companies seeking to enter the U.S. market from Romania and the Balkans. At the same time, we are establishing a solid and reliable bridge for investment and trade initiatives from the U.S. to Romania and the region.

I believe this cooperation will make a meaningful contribution not only to our institutions, but also to strengthening regional economic collaboration and mutual trust.

Premier Group | Americas & Caribbean Economic Mission – Highlights

Premier Group CEO Ercan Çölmekçi, also acting in his capacity as Advisor to the President of the Bucharest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIB), participated in the Americas & Caribbean Economic Mission organized by CCIB.

This 16-day high-level economic mission began in Chicago and continued through Barbados, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Cuba. The mission was led by Iuliu Stocklosa, President of CCIB, together with distinguished Romanian business leaders from various sectors, within an intensive and results-oriented program.

Diplomatic Support & High-Level Engagements
Throughout the mission, strong institutional and diplomatic support was provided by Romania’s official representations:
• Chicago – H.E. Lucian Ilie-Stănică, Consul General of Romania, and his team
• Havana – H.E. Theodora-Magdalena Mircea, Ambassador of Romania to Cuba, together with the diplomatic staff

We sincerely thank them for their coordination, strategic insight, and contribution to meaningful high-level meetings.

Chicago | Finance, Logistics & Business Diplomacy
Meetings with CME Group, the Illinois Office of Trade and Investment, manufacturing facilities, and diaspora representatives enabled in-depth discussions on U.S. market dynamics, taxation, and corporate structuring models.

As concrete outcomes, two key protocols were signed on the same day:
• CCIB Chicago Representation Protocol
• CCIB Calgary (Canada) Representation Protocol

These agreements mark strategic milestones in establishing a permanent and institutional Romanian business presence in North America.

Caribbean & Latin America | Emerging Opportunities
In Barbados, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, and Cuba, discussions focused on energy, renewable resources, tourism, real estate development, port investments, and free zones, highlighting new cooperation opportunities for Romanian companies across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Productive Investment Meeting in Romania: Collaboration Between Turkey – Germany – Romania

We were pleased to host a productive meeting at our office in Romania with the participation of Mr. Özcan Ercan and his colleagues from Germany. The focus of our discussions was investment opportunities and collaboration possibilities in the Romanian market.
