OxidOS Automotive has raised over 70% of its late-seed round, led by 42dot, part of Hyundai Motor Group, with participation from Inspire Capital.

Beyond the funding, this is strong validation. 42dot joins as both strategic investor and first customer, a meaningful signal in a category where trust and certification matter.

The team is building a Rust-native OS for safety-critical systems, now moving toward ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 certifications, with expansion planned into aerospace and dual-use.
