Pillar II: Social & Economic Alternatives
This track explores how intelligent and innovation‑driven organizations and communities shape sustainable futures through knowledge, technology, and human‑centered transformation. We welcome research on smart and sustainable HRM, crisis and emergency management, knowledge creation, AI‑enabled processes, and intelligence as a strategic asset for organizational development.
Chaired by Mauro Romanelli, Associate Professor at the University of Naples Parthenope, the track invites contributions on intelligent organizations, innovation, knowledge management, and post‑Anthropocene perspectives.
Extended abstract submissions (1000–2000 words) are welcome until 15 July 2026.
