B. In addition to the accounting and fiscal services above mentioned we also provide with payroll and human resources management consisting of :
Elaboration, on employment, and subsequent management of employees ‘personnel files based on documents made available by the Beneficiary.
Elaboration of individual employment contracts, on employment, and of addendums thereto, based on documents made available by the Beneficiary.
Elaboration of minutes of personnel information on employment and on addendums to individual
employment contracts.
Elaboration of job descriptions on employment, of annexes to individual employment contracts.
Elaboration of standard documents in case of suspension / termination of individual employment contracts based on documents / written information made available by the Beneficiary.
Elaboration of payrolls based on documents made available by the Beneficiary.
Elaboration of all payment orders required for payment of employer / employee contributions.
Elaboration of all payment orders required for the payment of salaries, in case payment in made by
banking cards.
Elaboration, signing and submission, in due time, of D112 statement concerning payment liabilities to social security fund, income tax and nominal records of insured persons.
