Workshop 9 marked the closing of the BWFR Leadership Program Ed. 7 and what a moment it was to witness.

Throughout the final session, participants presented the projects they had worked on and reflected on the experiences that shaped them along the way. But more than completed projects, this workshop revealed something deeper: a community growing together - people finding greater confidence in their voices, becoming more intentional in their leadership, and growing clearer on the impact they want to create.

Workshop #8 (Public Speaking & Styling Your Story) of the BWFR Leadership Program, powered by Avon, was one of them.

Madalina Samoila and Constantin Magdalina from led a session that brought real depth to conversations around clarity, composure, and what it truly means to lead well. We value initiatives that strengthen professional capabilities and elevate standards across the business community.

As partners of the BWFR Leadership Program, powered by Avon, we were proud to support Workshop #7 hosted by Alka Group - another opportunity to contribute to meaningful conversations within this inspiring community.

The session brought together Ady Hirsch, CEO of Alka Group, and Roxana Craciun, HR Director at Medicover, who shared practical insights on navigating change, strengthening presence in decision-making roles, and approaching complex situations with clarity and composure.

Workshop #6 reinforced this belief, emphasizing disciplined thinking and composed decision-making in complex situations.

Led by Eugen Mihai, negotiation expert and author of The Elite Negotiator, the session highlighted a principle we value deeply: sustainable outcomes are built on clarity, discipline, and composure.

We are glad to share that we have officially launched our new offices in Malta. This location will serve as a key hub for our operational management and services, operating under our Dutch holdings to provide comprehensive coverage across the European region.

​This move strengthens our service delivery for enterprise partners, integrating our Netherlands-based holding structure with an expanded operational presence in the Mediterranean.

​Our management team visited the facility this week to oversee the final launch phase and finalize our regional roadmap. While the mission was focused on establishing this new pillar of our operations, they also appreciated the opportunity to enjoy a bit of the Maltese sun.

Lasting impact is the result of systems designed to support people over time.
This perspective was reinforced during Workshop 5 of the BWFR Leadership Program, Edition 7, powered by Avon, held on January 14th.

Visits to Asociația „Ana și Copiii” and Mia's Children highlighted how long-term commitment, structure, and continuity shape stable environments for children and families. Through consistent routines, access to education, and sustained care, both organizations demonstrate how resilience and independence are built gradually, through presence, reliability, and thoughtful systems of support.

What stood out was the understanding that impact is not always immediate or visible. It develops quietly, through steady progress and enduring responsibility, rather than through short-term outcomes.

We value being part of this program for the past seven years, supporting an approach to leadership development that is grounded in real-world context, connection, and long-term purpose.
