⁨ استقبل الشيخ حمد بن طلال آل ثاني، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة الديار القطرية، سعادة السيد هاري كوكر جونيور، وزير التجارة في ولاية ماريلاند بالولايات المتحدة الأميركية، والوفد المرافق له.

جرى خلال اللقاء بحث سبل تعزيز التعاون واستعراض فرص الاستثمار في القطاع العقاري، إلى جانب مناقشة المواضيع ذات الاهتمام المشترك.



Sheikh Hamad Bin Talal Al-Thani, CEO of Qatari Diar, received H.E. Harry Coker Jr., Secretary of Commerce of the US State of Maryland, and his accompanying delegation.

The meeting discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and investment opportunities in the real estate sector, in addition to topics of mutual interest.

⁨ استقبل الشيخ حمد بن طلال آل ثاني، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة الديار القطرية، في المقر الرئيسي للشركة، سعادة السيد سلطان رحيمزاده، رئيس لجنة الاستثمار وإدارة ممتلكات الدولة بجمهورية طاجيكستان، والوفد المرافق له.

جرى خلال اللقاء استعراض آفاق التعاون في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وبحث سبل تعزيزها، ولا سيما في مجال الاستثمار العقاري.



Sheikh Hamad Bin Talal Al-Thani, CEO of Qatari Diar, received H.E. Mr. Sulton Rahimzoda, Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, and his accompanying delegation at the company’s headquarters.

During the meeting, they discussed prospects for cooperation in areas of mutual interest and ways to strengthen collaboration, particularly in real estate investment.

وشهدت الفعالية تكريم شركة اف جي ريلتي بدرع الفئة البلاتينية، وشركة ذا لوفت بيرو بدرع الفئة الذهبية، وشركة جست ريل استيت بدرع الفئة الفضية.

ويجسّد هذا التكريم تقدير الديار القطرية للدور الاستراتيجي لشركات الوساطة العقارية الشريكة في ربط العملاء بمشاريعها، واستيعاب متغيرات السوق، وتحديد الفرص، وتعزيز كفاءة قنوات البيع، بما يدعم نمو الإيرادات والقيمة طويلة الأجل لمحفظة الشركة.



Qatari Diar hosted the inaugural Broker Recognition Event at its headquarters in Lusail, bringing together senior company officials and representatives of its real estate brokerage partners to recognize outstanding performance, professionalism and commitment to delivering strong sales results.

FG Realty received the Platinum Award, The Loft Bureau the Gold Award, and Just Real Estate the Silver Award.

The recognition underscores the strategic role of Qatari Diar’s brokerage partners in connecting clients with its developments, interpreting market shifts, identifying opportunities and strengthening sales channels.
