"Good morning, everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve posted here due to some commitment and obligations to be done before anything else., I just want to share a picture taken during first time election for female subcommittee establish by Qatar Foundation and ILO. Empowering women’s right. All Qf contractors joined on this event and its good to see them together hear their voice representing themselves as a strong woman and defend their rights according to the rule of law as woman. Its very challenging actually, some of our employees has maybe doubt and confuse to answer some question, most of them are looking at me first before they speak, I just smile. ahahha . This training you, will learn a lot together with your colleagues. Don’t stop learning grow together.

Good Morning Qatar & Colleagues!!

Its an honor and good previllage being invited our very own Workers Representative together with some representative from other company like mowasalat etc. in one event held on ILO Office last Sunday December 4, 2022 with the special guest , our Director Generals of ILO with the Prime Minister. They have a short and productive conversation and sharing ideas with. Mr. Hamza is the Deputy Chair of CLMCC-Qatar Foundation Workers. And his knowledge about his duties and performance always bring us into a phenomenal as per the good feedback from ILO. Keep up the good work and lets work together for the benefit of many and to serve them accordingly and what they deserve.

“Workers Welfare Election done quite successfully” And it will not happen without the cooperation and effort from HR department transportation, Quality team, Camp bosses, Facility management for our handmade drop box and of course to all workers who behave themselves until the end of elections. To all participants and candidates thank you as well. Congratulations to all winners and lets the journey begin from today onwards.

Our company started to establish a joint committee from 2019 led by Qatar Foundation and International Labour Law, we go through workers elections to select and form a 1st batch of Joint Committee Representative. Joint Committee impact provides a good relationship between management and workers by having a consistent communication and start to hear their voices.
