Lisbon isn't just a city. It's a coastline, a hillside, a river. All within minutes of each other.
Cascais is a 40-minute train ride from central Lisbon. Costa da Caparica, about 20 minutes by car, on the other side of the Tagus. And yet both remain part of the same capital, the same metropolitan area.
Few cities in Europe preserve this much territorial diversity within a single region: the glamour of Cascais village, the preserved coast in Caparica, the historic neighborhoods of the city center. All connected by trains, bridges, and roads that keep being modernized.
And it's exactly this diversity that sustains the growing interest in real estate across the region. In 2025, foreign investment in Portuguese real estate hit a historic record — almost €3.9 billion, according to the Bank of Portugal, a 10% increase from 2024.
That's why, when we talk about Lisbon as a real estate market, we're also talking about Cascais, Costa da Caparica, and everything in between.
