On September 2nd, the Católica Investment Club Executive Board for the 2026/2027 mandate was officially presented.

The new Executive Board takes on this responsibility with a strong sense of commitment, responsibility, and ambition, ready to build on the Club’s work and contribute to its continued growth and development.

A sincere thank you to all the distinguished guests and members present who joined this important occasion. A special word of appreciation goes to the Vice-Rector, Isabel Braga da Cruz, for her presence and support, as well as to Aldeia de Cima for contributing to the event and making the occasion even more special.

We recently hosted a debate in collaboration with Sociedade de Debates, centred on the topic of the adoption of laws regarding a variable minimum wage.

It was a great opportunity to exchange perspectives, challenge ideas, and discuss such a relevant public policy issue.

As part of our commitment to promoting financial literacy, the Católica Porto Investment Club recently held a series of workshops at Escola Básica e Secundária À Beira Douro for 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade students.

Across May 11th and 13th, we had the opportunity to engage with approximately 200 students, sharing essential economic concepts and practical tools to support informed financial decision-making.
