Located in Matosinhos Sul, this landmark transformation has redefined urban development in the region. Our team has reimagined a historic cannery factory into a vibrant 8,000 sqm business hub, with 4,500 sqm of modern office space that preserves architectural heritage while creating hundreds of new jobs.

Spaces Joana d'Arc now hosts dozens of national and international companies, proving that sustainable design and commercial success go hand in hand.

This recognition reflects our commitment to responsible urban rehab that combines heritage, innovation, and social impact.

Every-time that it is possible we include an outdoor patio in the workspaces we design. It encourages breaks, adds more natural light, and opens room for some outdoor plants. 🌱
