We're delighted to share that Algarve House Hunter was featured today in SÁBADO

A similar experience was reported to SÁBADO by Rebeca Jane Charles. that, when she arrived in Portugal, she realized, as a buyer, that many real estate agents “didn’t really listen to what clients were looking for”. Between realizing this gap and taking advantage of the market niche, it was just a step, and in 2019, she founded Algarve House Hunter.

In recent years, the team has grown (it started alone, now there are 11 people), as has the business area related to so-called "secret listings," properties that are off the market. "The demand for these listings has increased considerably, and we are seeing a growing number of sellers opting for a more discreet sales method," says Rebecca Jane Charles.

Time is money.
