We are actively searching globally for 3 x Interim Managers/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) that must be specialized within the Electrical Power Sector:
1) Corporate Finance Expert: must have a depth of experience structuring deals and allocation of capital investment within the Electrical Power Industry. Experienced with sourcing & structuring capital.

2) M&A/ IPO Project Experience: Must have a track record of leading successful M&A/IPO transactions in the Electrical Power Industry

3) Technical Consultant/SME: strategic leader that has been a key driver in a major transformation within the Electrical Power sector. Open to background Technical/Operations/Commercial/Marketing. Ideally, a former CEO/COO would also consider highly experienced Director/ VP level candidates, as long as the they have exposure to the Electrical Power Sector

Our client has been awarded the project and has a local team on the ground. They are happy for the 3 x SME’s to work remotely and spend some time in the Middle East as required for the project kick off.
Contract period: 3-6 months full time & then part-time for estimated 2 years.

Our client is a highly reputable strategy advisory & investment firm in Saudi Arabia. They have been awarded a major financial & strategic transformation project with a privately owned Electrical Power Company in the Kingdom and even though they have the depth of local expertise, they really need sector experts to support their team on the ground deliver higher-level industry capabilities.
