US$ 🤑 has stormed to 1-1 parity today, it’s 💪🏻 in 20-years. 🇺🇸 CPI 📈 to 9.1 YOY in June 🔥. That makes virtually certain another 75 bps Fed 🏦 funds hike ✅. And that sets the stage for further US$ 🤑💪🏻. We can’t 📣 enough the attractiveness of € assets for US$ 🤑 investors!

The € is being 🔨 again, hitting 20-year lows vs US$, 📉 towards 1-to-1 parity🤑! Idea that 🔝Russian gas costs will topple the EU & Germany into recession sited by fin (fake) press. Amazing that US$ based investors can buy Euro assets ~1-to-1 FX rates! So much❤️‍🔥for🇵🇹property!!
