We at Finbloom are proud to announce that Ta7wisheh – ROSCA platform has officially been accepted into the Palestine Monetary Authority (PMA)'s Regulatory Sandbox, and we were honored to sign the agreement this week, represented by our CEO Waseem Aref.
Ta7wisheh started with a simple idea: how can we take one of the oldest and most trusted community savings practices and modernize it in a way that is secure, transparent, digitally managed, and aligned with the formal financial sector?
The Regulatory Sandbox gives us the opportunity to test, learn, and refine the platform in collaboration with the PMA while contributing to the advancement of financial innovation and financial inclusion in Palestine.
A huge thank you to H.E. Governor Yahya J.Shunnar for his support of financial innovation, and the entire FinTech & Innovation Department & team at the Palestine Monetary Authority. Your guidance, openness, and professionalism throughout this process have been invaluable.
We'd also like to thank our UK technology partner, Stepladder UK & Matthew Addison, for their collaboration and continued support throughout the development of the platform.
This is an exciting beginning for Ta7wisheh, and we're looking forward to the next phase of the journey.
نفخر في فن بلووم بالإعلان عن انضمام منصة تحويشة روسكا رسميًا إلى المختبر التنظيمي التابع لسلطة النقد الفلسطينية، وتوقيع الاتفاقية هذا الأسبوع ممثلةً بالمدير التنفيذي د.وسيم عارف، في خطوة مهمة ضمن رحلتنا لتطوير حلول رقمية مبتكرة لادخار المجتمع وتعزيز الشمول المالي.
انطلقت فكرة تحويشة من سؤال بسيط: كيف يمكننا تطوير واحدة من أقدم وأكثر ممارسات الادخار المجتمعي انتشارًا، وتحويلها إلى منظومة رقمية آمنة، شفافة، ومنظمة، ومتوافقة مع متطلبات القطاع المالي الرسمي؟
يوفر لنا الانضمام إلى المختبر التنظيمي فرصة لاختبار المنصة وتطويرها بالتعاون مع سلطة النقد الفلسطينية، والمساهمة في تعزيز الابتكار المالي ودعم جهود الشمول المالي في فلسطين.
كل الشكر لمعالي محافظ سلطة النقد الفلسطينية السيد يحيى شنار على دعمه للابتكار في القطاع المالي، ولفريق قسم التكنولوجيا المالية والابتكار على تعاونهم، وتوجيههم، واحترافيتهم طوال هذه الرحلة.
