Insurance Representative

360 Risk Solutions continues to grow and is seeking a driven, client-focused professional to become part of our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
✔ Assist clients with policy inquiries and service requests
✔ Follow up on renewals, quotes, and coverage updates
✔ Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriting teams
✔ Support business development and client retention efforts
✔ Maintain accurate client records and documentation
✔ Provide outstanding customer service and support
Qualifications:
• Experience in insurance, sales, banking, financial services, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Insurance Producer License is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
