I’ve said it before and I will say it again! Who you work with matters!

About a month ago, Derek Dean set me up with a friend/client of his. Can you help this guy become a homeowner?

Sure can! Got him pre approved and they were off to look at homes.

Bam! Offer sent!

I called the listing agent, as I do on every offer that one of my clients and Real Estate partners make. Just to introduce myself, ask if they have any questions about the financing of the offer. Mainly to let them know that I am available to everyone throughout the process. All lenders DO NOT do this. And when we make these calls, you can hear the appreciation through the phone.

So during discussion with the agent, we find out that they just had a closing 2 weeks prior on another unit in the same complex. Challenging (for certain processes that had to be done) was how they described it. I think they even had to delay closing.

I gave a heads up to my team. This is why I say “who you work with matters”. Deals like this always make me nervous and ancy. I am a bit of a worry wart. I stayed (respectfully) on top of my team. During this time, we had a lot of personal stuff going on with a major surgery for my daughter, but I was ready to jump in and get involved if needed. My team told me to relax and not worry they would handle it……..My team at ITrustlending knocked it out od the park!!!!

We were ready to close almost a week early.

Not saying we never have our challenges, but I am so thankful to Sean Barnes and Kyle Wilcox for the team they have put together for us!

Kyle even attended closing since I was at the Dr with the Kiddo!!
